What are your consult fees?
60 min consult - $115
45 min consult - $100
30 min consult - $85
90 min consult* - $175

Payment can be made by cash, credit card (Visa & Mastercard) and EFTPOS.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Outside 6 business hours there will be NO CHARGE.
Within 6 business hours you will be billed 50% of the fee.
If you don’t show up you will be billed for 75% of the fee.
If we can fill your appointment then no fee is charged.
I often have a cancellation list most days so will do my best to try and refill the spot to avoid having to pass on a fee.
Unfortunately sometimes this doesn't eventuate and I need to pass on some of the costs as they add up over the space of a year.
Do you have HICAPS?
HICAPS is available to provide immediate rebates for participating health funds.
Check with your health fund to see if you are covered and what, if any, rebate you’re entitled to.
In the event that HICAPS or your health fund is offline, payment in full will be required and a receipt for manual claiming will be provided.
(Outages rarely occur and are often resolved quickly, unfortunately we as a clinic have no influence or control over this)
Do you offer discounts for regulars?
Yes - But we do things a little differently. Instead of stamping a card or making you purchase a bulk pack, we offer two discount variants on all consecutive appointments 60 minutes in duration or longer. This way you get the benefit of investing in your health sooner.
If it has been 14 days or less since your last appointment you receive a $10 discount.
If it has been 28 days or less since your last appointment you receive a $5 discount.
