With fifteen years’ remedial massage experience behind him, and a diverse skill-set, Dan has achieved an excellent reputation.

He is currently a therapist for the Brisbane Lions AFL Club, responsible for assisting players in their recovery and preparation for upcoming matches. He also worked with Julia Russell Massage Pty Ltd for several years, providing remedial massage for cricketers as well as NRL and rugby union players at both club and international level. Dan has also assisted competitors in the A-League and Super Netball competitions, showcasing his ability to help players reach, and maintain, their athletic potential.

Committed to seeing his clients achieve their goals, Dan continuously upgrades the technical skills and knowledge necessary for him to remain a leader in his profession. This passion and drive has seen him take on a variety of roles, including managing and overseeing training and development within Australia’s largest clinic: No More Knots. Dan was charged with ensuring the organisation’s large team of therapists had the appropriate skills to tackle the most difficult of clinical presentations.

During his time at No More Knots’ Dan worked extensively with the general public, weekend warriors, athletes, elite-level triathletes, as well as pregnant women. He was also a member of the clinic’s specialist Event Team, caring for some of the world’s leading tennis players competing in the Brisbane International.

Dan is a former Senior Course Facilitator for Q Academy: a leading training-provider for remedial massage therapists. Q Academy offers science-based, comprehensive massage therapy. He remains a member of the Academy’s industry committee.

Away from work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys, while renovating the family’s century-old Queenslander home.
