Payment can be made by cash, credit card (Visa & Mastercard) and EFTPOS.
All fees are due at time of consult unless by prior agreement.

HICAPS

HICAPS is available to provide immediate rebates for participating health funds.

Check with your health fund to see if you are covered and what, if any, rebate you’re entitled to.

In the event that HICAPS or your health fund is offline, payment in full will be required and a receipt for manual claiming will be provided.

(Outages rarely occur and are often resolved quickly, unfortunately we as a clinic have no influence or control over this)

DISCOUNTS

We have a unique approach. Rather than using a card or bulk purchases, we provide two discount options for consecutive appointments lasting 60 minutes or more. This allows you to prioritize your health.

You can receive $10 discount if your last appointment was within 14 days, or a $5 discount if it was within 28 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and plans change. To ensure we can offer available slots to those on our waiting list, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.

More than 6 business hours’ notice: No charge.
Within 6 business hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Non-attendance (No-show): 75% of the service fee will be charged.
The "Filled Spot" Exception: If we are able to fill your cancelled appointment from our waiting list, no fee will be applied, regardless of the notice period.

We maintain an active cancellation list and will always do our best to fill the vacancy to save you the fee. However, if the spot remains unfilled, these charges help cover the operational costs of the time reserved specifically for you.
